Lately, I haven’t been feeling so healthy so in an effort to lift my spirits, I decided to start my day with a green smoothie. It was really yum, so I wanted to share this so that it can lift someone else’s day as well.
So here we go;
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 of a cucumber
- 1 small banana
- A handful of frozen grapes
- 1 1/2 tbsp of almond milk
- Ice cubes (if no frozen grapes)
- Remove skin from avocado, scoop it off the seed and into the blender (with a spoon)
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until Smooth
- Enjoy!!
